Gym and Fitness is a family owned and operated business that started in Australia in 2002. We have been around for more than ten years and now pride ourselves as one of the largest fitness machine and equipment retailers not only in Australia, but also in other parts of the world including New Zealand and Malaysia.

We have over 100 years of combined fitness experience across our staff, so every purchase with us is assured to be backed with accurate and relevant fitness knowledge.

  • Can you match cheaper products?

We are confident that we offer the most competitive advertised prices, but in any case where you see a cheaper advertised price, please send us an email with the details for us to match that price. You may also use the PRICE MATCH REQUEST feature on our product pages, or you may contact us directly and ask our friendly staff to match a certain price.

When speaking of the best price, Gym and Fitness does not only refer to the prices of our products, but the overall quality of our services. We assure that every purchase is backed with 100+ years of combined staff knowledge, giving you a better, cheaper, and stronger product that suits your specific needs and falls under your budget. Most competitors simply try to sell you into a product they have the most stock of, but we only give you what you deserve.

And since we send out high volumes of stock every day, we are able to offer you the most affordable freight rates you can find online.

  • Do you accept credit card payments? Are my details safe?

Yes. Credit card payments made on our store are safe since our website is protected with high-grade 256-bit encryption. However, if you are not comfortable with giving your personal details over the Internet, please call our friendly staff to accept your details over the phone. We will gladly assist you.

Whether it’s in our website or a competitor’s, gym and fitness reminds you to always look for a yellow padlock button at the bottom of your browser when handing credit card details over. This is an important feature we have especially made available in our website to ensure your personal information won’t be at risk.   • Do you accept PayPal as a payment method?

Yes. To make it easy for our customers, we have finally included PayPal in our payment methods.

  • Do you accept cash on pickup?

As much as we would love to, there are no cash handling facilities in our warehouses at the moment. However, you can choose to visit our stores and pay in cash.

  • Do you accept cash on delivery?

Since we are currently partnered with a number of freight companies (Direct Freight, Startrack, TNT, TOLL, IPEC, etc.), we do not accept cash on delivery transactions.

  • Do you accept cheques or money orders?

Yes. However, we highly encourage you to pay via VISA, Mastercard or. Eftpos (in store). We also accept bank deposits and cash (in store).

We think doing so will be a lot easier on your part. Not only do cheques or money orders take longer to prepare, but they also cost a lot of money. Moreover, we only ship orders once cleared funds are received which, in the case of this payment method, may take a while. We do not want you to receive your order late.

  • Where are you located? Do you have any retail shops?

Gym and Fitness has multiple shops around Australia and with more to come!

  • Do you ship abroad?

We only ship products to Austalia, New Zealand and Malaysia at the moment. If interested, please contact us using our contact form or phone number. However, you may arrange your own overseas freight. Gym and Fitness will gladly help by sending your delivery to a location you find most convenient in Malaysia.

  • If I order multiple items, does the shipping rate decrease?

Of course! The more you buy, the cheaper the per kilogram rate gets.

  • How long will it take before my order arrives?

We usually send out orders within 1 to 3 working days at best or 3 to 10 working days both upon receiving payment. Of course, your location affects how long it takes before your order is delivered.

An email will be sent to you by your shipping company once your order has been dispatched. Feel free to contact them if you have any inquiries about your order’s delivery.
